CRM, or Customer Relationship Management, helps manage customer data. It supports sales management, delivers actionable insights, integrates with social media, and facilitates team communication. It is also the three-letter cousin of the famous “SEO”.

 

 

It's no secret that your business needs a CRM. HubSpot provides tools for a lot of things, including CRM. It is a helpful tool if you want to be able to track customer data more effectively.

Another great feature about HubSpot is that it gives you the ability to automate any kind of notification you can dream of. Or you can also opt to receive a daily email of all companies and prospects who visited your website. You can also have the billing team notified when it is time to invoice your customers.
